2015 AWARDS BANQUET POSTPONED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
We have been in communication with the management of Dover Downs. The decision has been made for the safety of all involved to postpone our 2015 banquets.
They are rescheduled as follows:
Dragway - Saturday night February 6
Speedway - Friday night March 18
For those who have room reservation, you may call the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino to cancel. They will not be charging any fee for cancelling.
ROOM UPDATES FROM DOVER DOWNS HOTEL AND CASINO
If you had a room under the previous ROOM CODE special pricing. Dover Downs staff informed us that when they cancel the event it also will cancel your room reservations under the code.
The NEW code for the rescheduled banquets:
Dragway Group Code = G16DRAG - Cut off date will be 1/28/16
Speedway Group Code = GDIS16 - Cut off date will be 2/24/16
The room rates will be $149 plus tax and fees
rate includes 2 complimentary breakfast buffet vouchers per room
