LOCAL DRIVER BRIAN KUNKOWSKI WINS TOP DRAGSTER AT IHRA NATIONAL EVENT
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate one of our local racers. Brian Kunkowski of Laurel DE, has been a long time supporter and Super ET racer here at U.S. 13. Over the past couple of years, he's really had a "Need for Speed". This season he set some goals to compete in the IHRA Top Dragster division. In his first IHRA National Event, he accomplished the unthinkable! Brian took home top honors winning Top Dragster at the Presidents Cup at Maryland International Raceway this past weekend.
From all of us here at the U.S. 13 Dragway, we salute Brian in his efforts to represent the Delmarva peninsula! Brian and his new Iron Man will be back to participate at his home track soon!
