Delmar, Delaware- Family, friends, and fans came together to celebrate the life of the late Jake Marine on Saturday, August 8th, which would have been Marine’s 74th birthday. Delmar, Delaware- With rain soaking the Delaware International Speedway grounds at the start of the evening’s Saturday night program, track owner, Charles Cathell, had all hands-on deck to get the facilities prepared.
