BRIAN RIEBERT, SR. BEATS MOD BAD 8 AND THE RAIN TO WIN SUNDAY AT U.S. 13 DRAGWAY

Delmar, DE – The U.S. 13 Dragway knew that rain was on its way again on Sunday and tried to hustle the eliminations along. Getting wins before the rain were Brain Riebert, Sr. of Snow Hill, Md. who captured the Mod Bad 8 final, Ethan Hubbard of Princess Anne, Md. in Jr. Dragster 1 and Alexis Truitt of Parsonsburg, Md. in Jr. Dragster 2. The remainder of the drivers and riders that were still in eliminations split the purse for their respective divisions.

In the Jr. Dragster 1 final it was Ethan Hubbard taking on Reece Hales from Delmar. Hubbard had the better start and took the win with an 8.168/73.57 on an 8.00 dial. Hales ran a 9.081/69.41 on a 9.00 dial. In Jr. Dragster 2 it was Alexis Truitt paired with Paige Hales of Delmar. Truitt had the better reaction and took the win with an 8.050/80.11 on a 7.95 dial. Paige had an 8.021/81.08 on an 8.00 dial.

Frankie Timmons of Bishopville, Md., Tripp Clough of Earlville, Md., Tommy Ketterman of Salisbury, Md., Mike Hooper of Hurlock, Md., David Lowe of Salisbury and Clark Howell of Easton, Md.
